Application of interRAI in gerontology and geriatrics

International resident assessment instrument (interRAI) is now involving in more than fourty countries and districts. It is an international collaborative to improve evidence-based clinical practice and policy making. We tried to summarize the implementation of interRAI systems in geriatric medicine and gerontology by referances review, especially focusing on patients management, health care quality contral,resources usage, transitional care and telemedicine. These successful expereince may be helpful in improving the quality of health care in China.
